Pellet mill OGP-200

OGP-200 granulator by TechnoMashStroy is high-performance equipment for producing granulated compound feed and pellets from prepared biomass. The model is suitable for farms, livestock enterprises and small-scale production facilities where stable operation, control over feed composition and reduced feeding costs are important.

The granulator is used to process grain mixtures, hay, straw, sawdust and other types of raw materials. The finished pellets can be used as feed for poultry, pigs, cattle, rabbits, fish and other farm animals. The pellet size depends on the die installed.

The OGP-200 is equipped with a hardened reversible flat die measuring 205 mm in diameter. Dies with holes from 2 to 8 mm are available, allowing pellets of different sizes to be produced according to the feed recipe. Two rollers ensure uniform compaction of the raw material, while the belt drive provides smooth torque transmission. The built-in ammeter helps monitor the electric motor load.
