OGP granulators are practical Ukrainian-made machines for producing granulated compound feed, feed pellets and fuel pellets from prepared raw materials. The series includes the OGP-150, OGP-200 and OGP-260 models, which differ in motor power, die size and capacity. This makes it possible to choose a granulator according to the size of the farm, the type of raw material and the planned production volume.

The equipment is suitable for farms, livestock enterprises, household use and small production lines. OGP granulators can process grain mixtures, hay, straw, grass, wood sawdust and other prepared bulk materials. The finished pellets can be used to feed poultry, pigs, cattle, rabbits, horses, goats, sheep and fish. Pellets made from plant-based raw materials can also be used as solid fuel.

OGP-150 granulator

The OGP-150 model is designed for small farms and production volumes of up to 100 kg of pellets per hour. The granulator is equipped with a 150 mm reversible die, two rollers and a 4 kW electric motor. Die holes from 2 to 8 mm can be selected, while the power supply can be 220 V or 380 V, depending on the configuration.

OGP-200 granulator

The OGP-200 is a versatile model for farms and small feed production facilities. The motor power is 5.5 or 7.5 kW, the power supply is 380 V, and compound feed capacity can reach 200 kg/h. The model is equipped with a 205 mm die with holes from 2 to 8 mm. Actual capacity depends on the composition, particle size and moisture content of the raw material.

OGP-260 granulator

The OGP-260 is the most productive model in the series and is designed for more intensive operation. The granulator is equipped with an 11 kW motor, operates from a 380 V power supply and features a movable die with a diameter of 259 mm. Depending on the raw material and installed die, capacity reaches up to 300 kg/h for compound feed and up to 150 kg/h for fuel pellets. Die holes from 2 to 8 mm are available.

Raw material preparation

To obtain dense and uniform pellets, the raw material must be cleaned, ground and prepared to the optimum moisture level. Particle size, mixture composition, moisture content and die hole diameter directly affect the quality of the finished product and equipment capacity.
