Warranty and returns

All company products are covered by a 12-month warranty.

Warranty service is provided at the manufacturing facility in Cherkasy.
Warranty service may be denied if:

• the operating rules specified in the equipment operation manual have been violated;
• damage or malfunction of the equipment was caused by the entry of foreign objects, liquids, or other foreign substances;
• there is natural wear and tear of parts, materials, and fluids that require periodic replacement.

The manufacturer is released from warranty obligations in case the buyer independently and without the manufacturer's agreement makes any changes to the design and composition of the product.

Return and Exchange Terms

The company processes returns and exchanges of this product in accordance with legal requirements.
Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt (for goods of proper quality).

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights," consumers have the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality that they do not like for a similar product, if the purchased product cannot be used for its intended purpose due to its shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or other reasons, provided that the product has not been used and its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, tags, and the receipt issued by the seller together with the product have been preserved.

Attention! In case of return or exchange of the product — the buyer pays for shipping costs.
