Purpose and advantages

The aerator is used to reduce grain moisture and temperature, eliminate "hot spots" (self-heating zones), prevent mold, fungi, and pests, and prepare seed material for sowing by preheating. Thanks to active ventilation, the grain "breathes," and temperature and humidity are evenly distributed throughout the entire depth of the pile, extending the period of quality storage.

Design and operating principle

Structurally, the aerator consists of an aeration pipe and a high-pressure centrifugal fan that creates an airflow to blow through the grain mass. The aeration pipe, made of galvanized metal, is screwed into the grain pile, and the fan ensures effective cooling and "venting" of the grain. The device operates in two modes — air blowing and suction — allowing flexible adaptation of the process to specific storage conditions.

The galvanized "Kozak-2" aerator is available in two power supply versions, allowing you to choose the optimal solution for any farm:

1. 220V: electric motor with a frequency converter and a 220 V plug.
2. 380V: electric motor with a magnetic starter and a 380 V plug.

Both versions have identical technical parameters and performance, differing only in the type of connection to the power grid.
