Productivity Depending on Material

Important: actual mill productivity depends on the type of raw material, its moisture content, physical properties, and the desired degree of fraction grinding. The values given are maximum for optimal operating conditions.

Operational Limitations

The CHOPPER-600 hammer mill is not designed for grinding very viscous, excessively hard, or wet materials. For maximum efficiency, it is recommended to use dry raw material with moisture content up to 12-15%.

Additional Options

Upon customer request, the mill can be equipped with a cyclone for organizing pneumatic transportation of the crushed material directly to the accumulator hopper or mixer. A soft-start device option is also available to reduce electric motor starting currents.
