The Pelletnik-200 pellet granulator by TechnoMashStroy is high-performance equipment for producing fuel pellets and pelleted feed. The model is suitable for farms, agricultural enterprises and small production facilities where plant-based raw materials need to be processed into pellets that are convenient to store and transport.

The granulator can process wood sawdust, wood shavings, straw, hay, sunflower husks, dry leaves and other types of prepared biomass. Fuel pellets can be used for heating boilers and stoves, while pelleted feed is suitable for poultry, pigs, rabbits, cattle and other farm animals.

Design features

The Pelletnik-200 is equipped with a reinforced frame and reliable drive, allowing it to operate for extended periods under the loads generated during pellet production. Two compression rollers evenly compact the raw material in the die, while a special knife forms pellets of uniform length. Grease fittings on the rollers simplify bearing lubrication and help maintain the working assembly in good technical condition.

The main mechanism has a detachable design for cleaning, maintenance and replacement of components. For stable operation, the granulator should be supplied with pre-crushed, free-flowing raw material with a fraction of up to 5 mm and a moisture content of no more than 14%.
