The Pelletnik-260 pellet granulator by TechnoMashStroy is powerful equipment for producing fuel pellets and pelleted feed. The model is designed for farms, agricultural enterprises and small production facilities where sawdust, straw and other plant-based raw materials need to be processed into pellets that are convenient to store and transport.

The granulator is suitable for processing wood sawdust, wood shavings, straw, hay, dry leaves, sunflower husks and other prepared biomass. Fuel pellets can be used in solid-fuel boilers and stoves, while pelleted feed is suitable for poultry, rabbits, pigs, goats, sheep, cattle and fish.

Pelletnik-260 features

The reinforced frame and powerful drive ensure stable operation during extended granulation. Two compression rollers evenly compact the raw material in the die, while a knife helps form pellets of the required length. The rollers are equipped with grease fittings for bearing lubrication, which simplifies maintenance and makes it possible to monitor the condition of the working assembly.

To obtain high-quality pellets, the raw material must be pre-crushed, cleared of foreign matter and prepared with regard to its moisture content. The pellet size is determined by the diameter of the holes in the installed die and can range from 2 to 8 mm.
