Universal-11 Universal Chopper with Feed Mixer by TechnoMashStroy is a ready-made solution for preparing complete feed mixtures in a single cycle. The complex combines a universal 2-in-1 chopper (straw chopper + hammer mill crusher) and a vertical feed mixer of the KS series, allowing hay, straw, and grain to be chopped and immediately mixed in the required proportion.

The chopper hopper is divided into two compartments: for plant raw material and for grain. The compartment for hay and straw has a lid that retains the material in the working area, while the grain compartment is equipped with a slide gate for regulating the feed. The chopped material enters the feed mixer, where thorough mixing of the components takes place until a homogeneous state is achieved.

Universal-11 operates from a three-phase 380 V power supply and is equipped with an 11 kW electric motor with a rotational speed of 3,000 rpm. The standard screen has 6 mm openings. Thanks to interchangeable screens, it is possible to obtain raw material of different fractions for further mixing. The feed mixer ensures mixture homogeneity and allows compound feed to be prepared for different types of animals and poultry.

The equipment is manufactured under factory conditions and undergoes quality inspection. For operation, the complex is installed on a prepared surface, the appropriate screen is selected, raw material is loaded into the chopper hopper and components into the mixer, after which the chopping and mixing cycle is started. During straw processing, it is important to take into account that the unit is not intended for working with material of increased moisture content around 25%.
