Universal-11 Universal Chopper with Cyclone by TechnoMashStroy is a ready-made turnkey solution for chopping hay, straw, and grain with an efficient system for discharging the finished product. The equipment combines the functions of a straw chopper and a hammer mill crusher and is supplemented with a high-performance cyclone that promotes settling of the chopped material and reduces dust in the working area.

The hopper is divided into two compartments: for plant raw material and for grain. The compartment for hay and straw has a lid that retains the material in the chopping chamber, while the grain compartment is equipped with a slide gate for precise regulation of grain feed. The cyclone included in the package ensures convenient collection of the finished product and helps organize cleaner operation compared to the standard version without a cyclone.

Universal-11 operates from a three-phase 380 V power supply and is equipped with an 11 kW electric motor with a rotational speed of 3,000 rpm. The standard screen has 6 mm openings. Thanks to interchangeable screens, it is possible to obtain raw material of different fractions for feed mixtures, bedding, as well as for the production of pellets and briquettes.

The equipment is manufactured under factory conditions and undergoes quality inspection before sale. For operation, the chopper is installed on a prepared surface, the appropriate screen is selected, and it is connected to the cyclone. During straw processing, it is important to take into account that the unit is not intended for working with material of increased moisture content around 25%.
