Grain extruder EGK-150

The EGK-150 grain extruder by TechnoMashStroy is electric equipment for grain processing and the production of extruded compound feed. The model is designed for a capacity of up to 150 kg of finished product per hour and is suitable for both large farms and small households that prepare feed for animals and poultry independently.

The extruder is equipped with a raw-material loading hopper that ensures a consistent supply of the grain mixture to the working zone. Feeding is carried out by a screw conveyor. The construction includes magnets to retain metal impurities, protecting working components from damage. The equipment is compact and can be placed on an ordinary table in a garage or utility room.

The EGK-150 is supplied with two screw dies, enabling the production of two types of product: tubular sticks and flakes. The tubular die with a single outlet forms a longitudinal stick 5–6 cm in diameter, while the ribbon die with four outlets produces sticks up to 1 cm in diameter. The resulting extruded feed is suitable for large and medium-sized animals, as well as for all types of poultry.

The equipment operates from a three-phase 380 V power supply and features an electric drive. Motor power is 15 kW, with a power consumption of 15 kW. The extruder is designed for grain processing, including wheat, rye, barley, corn, soy, millet, and up to 20% bran. Due to intensive heating under high pressure, bacteria and microbes in the raw material are destroyed while beneficial nutrients are preserved.
