EГК-500 grain extruder with a grinder

The EGK-500 grain extruder with grinder by TechnoMashStroy is high-power electric equipment for grain processing and the production of extruded compound feed with the option of grinding the finished product. The model is designed for a capacity of up to 500 kg of finished product per hour and will be an efficient solution for large farms that aim to use feed rationally and increase livestock profitability.

The extruder is equipped with an integrated raw-material feeding hopper and is fully ready for operation. Thanks to the screw system, the unit processes cereals and grain crops, a certain amount of bran, as well as hay (up to 50% in the feed composition). Two dies enable the production of compound feed in the form of tubular sticks and flakes. This feed form is well consumed by large and medium-sized animals (cows, horses, goats, sheep, pigs) and poultry.

The equipment operates from a three-phase 380 V power supply and features an electric drive. Extruder motor power is 55 kW, grinder motor power is 1.1 kW (1500 rpm). Total power consumption is 56.1 kW. The extruder is designed for processing grain. Due to heat treatment, the mass is disinfected, so even insect-damaged or lower-quality grain can be used for production. After processing, the feed is fully ready for consumption, and beneficial nutrients are preserved.
