Description of product "Grain extruder EGK-200"

The EGK-200 grain extruder by TechnoMashStroy is electric equipment for grain processing and the production of extruded compound feed. The model is designed for a capacity of up to 200 kg of finished product per hour and is suitable for farms and small enterprises that independently prepare feed for various types of animals.

The extruder is equipped with an integrated raw-material feeding hopper that ensures a consistent supply of the grain mixture to the working zone. Feeding is carried out by screw conveyors. The construction includes a built-in magnet that cleans the mass of accidental metal impurities and protects the equipment's working components.

The EGK-200 is supplied with two screw dies, enabling the production of two types of product: airy tubular sticks and flakes up to 4 cm in size. The tubular die with a single outlet forms a longitudinal stick 5–6 cm in diameter, while the ribbon die with four outlets produces sticks up to 1 cm in diameter. The resulting extruded feed is suitable for all types of animals.

The equipment operates from a three-phase 380 V power supply and features an electric drive. Motor power is 18.5 kW, with a power consumption of 18.5 kW. The extruder is designed for processing corn, millet, barley, wheat, and legume grains. Thanks to intensive heat treatment under high pressure, pathogenic organisms in the raw material are destroyed while beneficial nutrients are preserved.
