Description of product "Industrial drum wood chipper ZUBR-55 (with infeed conveyor)"

The ZUBR-55 drum-type chipper with a feed conveyor from manufacturer TechnoMashStroy is designed for processing wood and waste from woodworking enterprises into chips for pelleting, briquetting, production of particleboard, heating, or smoking. The equipment is suitable for offcuts, small-diameter logs, edgings, branches, and chunky wood waste.

A large loading opening makes it possible to feed raw material of a significant fraction without complex preliminary preparation. The ZUBR-55 can process material with a diameter of up to 180 mm and a maximum width of up to 300 mm. According to the manufacturer, the length of the raw material can reach up to 2 m; however, the actual working capability depends on the species, moisture content, type of wood, and feeding method.

The drum cutting unit is equipped with 12 knives and is driven by an electric motor with a power of 55 kW and a rotation speed of 1,500 rpm. This design ensures efficient processing of prepared wood into chips, which can be directed to further drying, sorting, or crushing.

The complex is equipped with separate conveyors for feeding and discharging material. The belt feed conveyor is driven by two gear motors of 0.55 kW each, and the discharge conveyor is driven by a gear motor with a power of 2.2 kW. This simplifies raw material loading, continuous chip movement, and the organization of the technological line.

The output of the ZUBR-55 reaches up to 1,500 kg/h of finished sawdust. The actual output depends on the properties of the wood, moisture content, raw material size, and operating mode. The receiving and discharge conveyors are included in the configuration of this version.
