The VTR-100 branch crusher from manufacturer TechnoMashStroy is designed for processing tree and shrub branches into fuel or technical chips. The equipment is suitable for garden, farm, municipal, and small industrial operations where it is necessary to quickly clear wood waste or prepare raw material for further use.
The knife-type branch chipper processes branches with a diameter of up to 100 mm. The cutting unit consists of three pairs of knives, which form a fraction up to 150 mm in length. The “knife-groove” knife fixation system ensures reliable installation of the cutting elements. The resulting chips can be used for fuel preparation, further crushing, or other wood disposal.
The VTR-100 is produced with various types of drive, allowing it to be adapted to operating conditions. Available options include gasoline engines with a power of 13 or 18 hp, three-phase electric motors with a power of 7.5, 11, or 15 kW, as well as a version without an engine, equipped with pulleys. Separately, it is possible to purchase the working part with or without hoppers, as well as a version for connection to a tractor via the power take-off (PTO) shaft.
The mobile design on a metal frame simplifies moving the equipment within the work area. Upon request, the VTR-100 is supplied with a double hopper for collecting crushed raw material. The possibility of purchasing the branch chipper either fully assembled or as separate units makes it possible to configure the equipment according to the user’s tasks.
