Chipper Crusher-700 PTO-driven (power take-off)

The Crusher-700 PTO chipper manufactured by TechnoMashStroy is designed for crushing branches, slats, edgings, blocks, and other wood waste into technical or fuel chips. The equipment is suitable for garden, farm, forestry, and woodworking enterprises, and the resulting raw material can be used for heating, briquetting, production of pellets and granules.

The model is powered by a tractor’s power take-off (PTO) shaft with a power of at least 50 hp and does not require a separate gasoline or electric motor. The hydraulic drive of the feed rollers is connected to the tractor’s hydraulic system. Two toothed rollers ensure controlled gripping and feeding of wood into the cutting zone. Their rotation speed can be adjusted, and a control lever makes it possible to stop or reverse the rollers if it is necessary to remove material from the work area.

The Crusher-700 is equipped with a massive disc with a diameter of 700 mm. The knives are made of 9ХС tool steel, which ensures the necessary strength and wear resistance during wood processing. The chipper forms a technical fraction with a size ranging from 5 to 45 mm. Output reaches up to 10 m³/h and depends on the species, moisture content, size, and quality of raw material preparation.

Feeding material into the cutting zone at a 90° angle promotes the production of uniform chips, which can be used in boilers with screw feed. The belt transmission simplifies maintenance, reduces noise, and can protect the cutting mechanism from damage in case a solid foreign object enters. The design uses steel machined housings and double-row bearings.

The discharge spout can be rotated by 360° to direct the chips into a trailer, big-bag, container, or other accumulation tank. The standard discharge height is 1,900 mm. Upon individual order, the manufacturer can install a spout with a discharge height of 2,400 mm or manufacture it according to other agreed parameters. The equipment can operate as a separate unit or be part of a wood processing and pellet production line.
