Description of product "Chipper Crusher-700 diesel"

The Crusher-700 diesel chipper from manufacturer TechnoMashStroy is designed for crushing branches, slats, edgings, blocks, and waste from sawmill and furniture production into technical or fuel chips. The resulting raw material can be used for heating, briquetting, production of pellets and granules, as well as for smoking meat and fish.

The model is equipped with a four-stroke diesel engine “Kentavr DD1125VE” with a power of 30 hp, so it operates autonomously and does not require connection to the electrical network. A massive rotor with a diameter of 700 mm and a belt transmission ensure efficient transfer of torque to the cutting unit. The belt drive simplifies maintenance, reduces the noise level, and can protect the mechanism from jamming when solid foreign objects enter, thanks to belt slippage.

Wood feeding is carried out through a loading hopper by two toothed rollers with hydraulic drive from a built-in pump. A speed regulator makes it possible to adjust the feed for a specific type of raw material, and a control lever provides stop and reverse functions for the rollers. Reverse motion helps to remove material from the cutting zone if it is not suitable for crushing.

The Crusher-700 forms chips with a fraction ranging from 5 to 45 mm. The maximum size of raw material fed through the inlet window is 210 × 160 mm. Output reaches up to 10 m³/h and depends on the wood species, moisture content, quality of its preparation, and the organization of the operator’s work. The discharge spout rotates by 360°, and the standard discharge height is 1,900 mm; upon order, a height of up to 2,400 mm is available.

To monitor the hydraulic system, the chipper is equipped with an oil filter and a pressure gauge. The equipment is designed for operation by one operator and can be used as a separate unit or as part of a wood processing line.
