Description of product "Industrial drum wood chipper ZUBR-75 (with infeed conveyor)"

The ZUBR-75 drum-type chipper with a feed conveyor from manufacturer TechnoMashStroy is designed for intensive processing of wood and woodworking waste into finished sawdust or technical chips. The equipment is suitable for offcuts, small-diameter logs, edgings, branches, chunky waste, particleboard (DSP), fiberboard (DVP), plywood, and other wood-based raw materials.

The resulting material can be used for the production of pellets and briquettes, preparation of fuel chips, manufacture of particleboard, smoking of food products, or combustion in boilers with automatic fuel feed. The drum design and large loading opening make it possible to work with large raw material without excessive preliminary preparation.

The cutting unit of the ZUBR-75 is equipped with 12 knives and is driven by a main electric motor with a power of 75 kW and a rotation speed of 1,500 rpm. The manufacturer states that the length of the processed raw material can reach up to 2 m. The actual size of the finished fraction depends on the wood species, its moisture content, the type of waste, and the adjustment of the working unit.

For continuous operation, the complex is equipped with a belt feed conveyor and a discharge conveyor. The feed conveyor is driven by two gear motors of 0.55 kW each, and the discharge conveyor is driven by a gear motor with a power of 2.2 kW. This scheme reduces manual handling of material and simplifies feeding the finished sawdust to an accumulation tank or the next production operation.

The output of the ZUBR-75 reaches up to 2,000 kg/h of finished sawdust. The actual output is determined by the characteristics of the raw material and the operating mode. The receiving and discharge conveyors are included in the configuration of the specified model.
