Household Pellet Cooler "Comfi-1" is compact equipment for cooling and cleaning pelleted compound feed and fuel pellets after exiting the granulator. Purpose and Operating Principle

The "Comfi-1" cooler is designed for use in small farms, compound feed and fuel pellet production workshops. The equipment solves two key tasks: cooling hot pellets (temperature 70-90°C) and cleaning from fine impurities and dust generated during granulation.

The operating principle is based on the movement of pellets along a mesh screen positioned at a certain angle to the horizontal. Thanks to this angle, continuous movement of pellets from the entry point to the exit point is ensured. The built-in fan provides air circulation for rapid cooling and collection of calibrated raw material residues and dust in installed bags.
