Household pellet cooler “Comfi-2” is compact and efficient equipment for cooling pelleted compound feed and fuel pellets after they exit the granulator. Manufactured by Ukrainian plant TechnoMashStroy, this cooler is equipped with two built-in fans that provide fast and uniform cooling of pellets before packaging and storage.

Purpose and operating principle

“Comfi-2” is used in feed and pellet production lines as a separate unit installed after the granulator. Hot pellets are fed into the cooler, where they move along a perforated surface, and the airflow from two fans reduces their temperature, stabilizes shape, and optimizes moisture content.

After passing through the cooler, pellets gain strength, stable shape, and optimal moisture level, which significantly improves storage, transportation, and usage conditions.
