Design Features

Raw Materials for Granulation

The GKM-200/OGP-200/Rotex-200 working unit works efficiently with grain mixtures, bran, oilcake, meal, grass meal, compound feed for various types of animals and poultry, as well as sawdust, straw, hay, husks, and other plant materials for producing fuel pellets. The optimal moisture content for granulation is 10-15%.

Depending on the selected die (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 8 mm), you can produce pellets of different diameters, adapted to the needs of specific animals: small pellets for poultry and rabbits, medium ones for pigs and sheep, larger ones for cattle and fish.
