Design Features

The working unit includes the granulator head with a raw material hopper and a tray for finished product output. The double-sided 259 mm diameter die provides a long service life — after one side wears out, it can be flipped to continue operation.

The 120 mm diameter rollers are made of high-quality hardened 40Kh steel, ensuring resistance to abrasive wear when working with various types of raw materials. Roller mounting is carried out using special tension bolts, simplifying adjustment and replacement.

The extended hopper facilitates raw material loading and improves operational convenience. For an additional fee, a loading conveyor can be installed to automate material feeding or a dosing hopper for precise dosing.

Raw Materials for Granulation

The GKM-260/OGP-260/MGK-260/Kormotex-260 working unit works efficiently with grain mixtures, bran, oilcake, meal, grass meal, compound feed for various types of animals and poultry, as well as sawdust, straw, hay, husks, shavings, and other plant materials for producing fuel pellets. The optimal moisture content for granulation is 10-15%.

Depending on the selected die (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 8 mm), you can produce pellets of different diameters, adapted to the needs of specific animals: small pellets for poultry and rabbits, medium ones for pigs and sheep, larger ones for cattle and fish.
