Feed pelletizing line with a capacity from 1,400 kg/h from TechnoMashStroy is a ready industrial solution for producing granulated compound feed on a farm or mini-plant. The equipment processes grain raw material into solid pellets with minimal electricity consumption, ensuring a stable cycle — from grinding to cooling of the finished product.

The line operates through sequential processing of raw material across several units. The hammer mill grinds grain to the required fraction and simultaneously acts as an aerodynamic conveyor, feeding the mass into a 2,000 kg feed mixer. A variable-speed screw feeder delivers the mixture to the pellet press, moisturizing it via a built-in valve if needed. A 300 mm diameter die with 2–8 mm openings forms the pellets, which then enter a drum cooler for calibration, while an extraction system captures excess dust at all line sections.

The finished granulated feed is transported by a belt conveyor with additional cooling boxes, allowing immediate packaging without quality loss.
