Equipment for the production of pellets and compound feed MLG-1000 DUO

The MLG-1000 DUO equipment for pellet and animal-feed production from TechnoMashStroy is an industrial pelletizing line based on two GRAND-300 pellet mills. It is designed to produce fuel pellets and animal feed pellets from various types of raw materials, forming pellets with a diameter of 2 to 8 mm. The dual configuration makes it possible to process more raw material and increases production efficiency.

The line is equipped with an SHTZ-400 uniform raw-material feed hopper with frequency-controlled feed speed. One GRAND-300 pellet mill provides a capacity of up to 400 kg/h when producing pellets and up to 700 kg/h when producing animal feed. The pellet-production version uses 22 kW motors, while the animal-feed version uses 30 kW motors.

Complete configuration of the MLG-1000 DUO line:

• SHTZ-400 uniform raw-material feed hopper with a frequency converter, rated power 1.5 kW.
• Two GRAND-300 pellet mills.
• Moistening system connected to the raw-material feed screw for adding the required, metered amount of moisture while the biomass is conveyed to the pellet mill, rated power 0.37 kW.
• Two BKO-200 calibrating coolers for finished pellets, rated power 0.12 kW each.
• Closed VP4 extraction system for cooling pellets and collecting dust and screened residues, rated power 3 kW.
• Control panel with separate control of the two feed systems and pellet mills, as well as an automation cooling system.

The MLG-1000 DUO processes wood waste, straw, agricultural biomass, husk and feed raw materials, provided that the requirements for particle size and moisture content are met. Depending on the material, capacity is up to 800 kg/h for wood waste, up to 700 kg/h for straw, up to 1,400 kg/h for agricultural biomass and up to 760 kg/h for seeds.

Optional equipment:

• SA-800 sawdust dryer.
• CHOPPER series hammer mill.
• BO-600 pellet cooler, filling and packing machine.
• BO-2500 cooling hopper for preliminary pellet cooling.

The pellet mill and other line components can also be purchased separately. Technical specifications: supply voltage 380 V; dimensions 4000×2000×2500 mm; weight 1900 kg. The equipment has UkrSEPRO and CE certificates of conformity, while production operates under the ISO 9001 quality management system.
