Equipment for the production of pellets and compound feed MLG-1000 MAX

MLG-1000 MAX is a pelletizing line manufactured by TechnoMashStroy for producing fuel pellets and pelleted compound feed. The system is based on the GRAND-300 pellet mill and differs from other configurations by the inclusion of a VIKHOR-2000 feed mixer with a screw conveyor for uniform feeding of prepared raw material into the pellet mill.

The line is designed for mixing and pelletizing crushed grains, other bulk materials and prepared biomass. The mixer provides up to 95% homogeneity of the mixed components and enables 3 to 6 operating cycles per hour. The capacity of the GRAND-300 pellet mill is up to 1000 kg/h for compound feed and up to 400 kg/h for pellets. Actual capacity depends on the type, moisture content, fraction and composition of the raw material.

Complete MLG-1000 MAX line configuration:

• VIKHOR-2000 horizontal feed mixer for mixing grains and other bulk components; motor power — 6.6 kW;
• mixer screw conveyor for uniform feeding of raw material into the pellet mill; motor power — 1.1 kW;
• raw material humidification system with a solenoid valve, pump, 200-litre water tank and timer relay; power — 0.37 kW;
• GRAND-300 pellet mill with a 30 kW motor for compound feed production or a 22 kW motor for pellet production;
• BKO-100 calibrator-cooler for finished pellets, with a drum for additional product cooling, dust screening and removal of irregular pellets; motor power — 0.12 kW;
• VP-2 closed exhaust system with a fan for cooling the pellets, removing dust and collecting screened raw material residues; motor power — 1.5 kW;
• line control panel with an integrated control-system cooling system.

The pellet mill can be equipped with dies featuring radial holes with diameters of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 mm. Equipment power supply — 380 V. Line dimensions: 4000 × 1500 × 2500 mm; weight — 1100 kg.

Optional equipment: TL-500 and TL-1000 conveyors for feeding and cooling the raw material, DR-500 rotary crusher for obtaining the required fraction, BKO-200 calibrator-cooler for cooling and calibrating finished pellets, and SA-400 and SA-600 aerodynamic dryers with calibrators for drying and calibrating raw material. Individual line units can be purchased additionally according to the technological requirements of the production process.

The MLG-1000 MAX can be used as an independent production unit or as the basis for an expanded and automated pellet and compound feed production line.
