Equipment for the production of pellets MLG-1000 DUO (full cycle)

The MLG-1000 DUO full-cycle pellet production equipment from TechnoMashStroy is a complete pelletizing line based on two GRAND-300 pellet mills. It is designed to produce fuel pellets with a diameter of 6 or 8 mm from wood waste, straw, husk, agricultural biomass and feed raw materials. The dual configuration enables a larger amount of material to be processed during a single production cycle.

One GRAND-300 produces up to 400 kg/h of pellets or up to 700 kg/h of animal feed. The pellet-mill motor has a power of 22 kW for pellet production and 30 kW for animal-feed production. The full cycle includes shredding, drying, uniform feeding, pelletizing, calibrating, cooling and packing the finished product.

Complete line configuration:

• CHOPPER-600 hammer mill: power consumption 30 kW, capacity from 600 to 4000 kg/h depending on the raw material, pneumatic intake and a hopper for manual or automated feeding.
• SA-800 aerodynamic sawdust dryer: operating temperature 120–150 °C, total power consumption 9.6 kW, with a connected solid-fuel boiler used as the heat source.
• SHTZ-200 DUO uniform feed hopper: power 1.5 kW, smooth speed adjustment using frequency converters.
• Two GRAND-300 pellet mills.
• BKO-200 calibrating cooler for additional cooling and removal of dust and uneven pellets, power 0.12 kW.
• Closed VP-4 extraction system for air circulation, pellet cooling and collection of dust and screened residues, power 4 kW.
• Cooling, filling and packing system with a conveyor and BO-600 cooling hopper, power consumption 5.37 kW.
• Control panel with separate control of the two feed systems and pellet mills, featuring an integrated automation cooling system.

Depending on the raw material, capacity is: up to 800 kg/h for pine sawdust, up to 700 kg/h for fine-fraction straw, up to 1400 kg/h for husk and up to 760 kg/h for animal feed.

Optional equipment:

• Raw-material moistening system for metered moisture addition.
• A pellet mill or other line components, available for separate purchase.

Technical specifications: supply voltage 380 V; pellet-mill motor power 22 kW for pellets and 30 kW for animal feed. The equipment has UkrSEPRO and CE certificates of conformity, while production operates under the ISO 9001 quality management system.
