Full feed granulation cycle from 1400 kg/h

The complete feed pelletizing line from TechnoMashStroy is a mini-plant for producing pelleted animal feed with a capacity of up to 1,400 kg/h. The line is designed to process grain, feed and other bulk raw materials. The production process includes shredding, mixing, moistening, pelletizing, calibrating, cooling, dosing and packing the finished product.

The raw material is shredded by a hammer mill and pneumatically conveyed to two KS-2000 feed mixers. After mixing, the SHTZ-400 screw conveyor transports the material to the pellet mills, while the moistening system adds a metered amount of water when required. In the pellet mills, the feed mixture is pressed through the die holes, after which the finished pellets pass to the calibrating cooler, extraction system and packing line.

Complete line configuration:

• KRAFT-22 hammer mill with a pneumatic conveyor function: capacity up to 2,000 kg/h, power consumption 22 kW.
• Two KS-2000 feed mixers for preparing dry feed mixtures and storing raw material: capacity 2,000 kg each, power consumption 2 × 3 kW. Scales can be supplied as an optional feature.
• SHTZ-400 uniform raw-material feed hopper: volume 0.4 m³, power 3 kW, smooth speed adjustment using a frequency converter.
• Two GRAND-300 pellet mills with fixed dies 300 mm in diameter, holes from 2 to 8 mm and two moving rollers. Power consumption: 2 × 30 kW.
• BKO-200 calibrating cooler for preliminary cooling and removal of dust and uneven pellets, power 0.12 kW.
• Closed VP-4 extraction system for air circulation, pellet cooling and collection of dust and screened residues in bags, power 4 kW.
• Moistening system with an electric valve, pump, 200-litre water tank and timer relay, power 0.37 kW.
• Pellet cooling, dosing and packing line for semi-automatic dosing of non-food bulk products — fuel granules, pellets and animal feed — and packing them in polymer packaging.
• Pelletizing line control panel with an integrated automation cooling system.

Optional equipment:

• TL-500 or TL-1000 — belt conveyor for feeding and cooling raw materials.
• DR-500 — rotary shredder for reducing raw material to the required fraction.
• CHOPPER — hammer mill for collecting and shredding raw materials.
