Pelletizing line MLG-1500 PRO

The MLG-1500 PRO pelletizing line from TechnoMashStroy is a technological complex for processing bulk raw materials into fuel pellets. The equipment is designed to pelletize softwood and hardwood sawdust, sunflower husk, various types of straw and other materials, provided that the die is selected correctly.

The main unit is the upgraded GRAND-400 PRO pellet mill. Its 45 kW motor and four moving rollers with a diameter of 178 mm provide a capacity of up to 750 kg/h of finished pellets. The die has a diameter of 400 mm and two separate pelletizing tracks. One die is included in the standard configuration; the buyer selects the hole diameter: 6 or 8 mm. Die thickness depends on the properties of the raw material.

Complete configuration of the MLG-1500 PRO line:

• SHTZ-200+ screw conveyor with a 1 m³ hopper, power 1.5 kW.
• GRAND-400 PRO pellet mill with a 45 kW motor.
• BKO-200 calibrating cooler, power 0.12 kW.
• VP-2 aspiration system, power 1.5 kW.
• Raw-material moistening system.
• TL-1000 belt conveyor, power 0.37 kW.
• Line control panel.

Depending on the raw material, capacity is: pine sawdust — 750 kg/h, fine-fraction straw — up to 700 kg/h, sunflower husk — up to 700 kg/h. Main specifications: voltage 380 V, power consumption 49 kW, four rollers, two breaking knives and an enlarged hopper. The equipment is designed for pellet production.

Thanks to its powerful drive and moving rollers, the GRAND-400 PRO can press softwood and hardwood sawdust, sunflower husk and various types of straw. Suitable dies for pellets or feed granules are used for different raw materials.

Optional equipment:

• Additional dies with holes of the required diameter for producing fuel pellets or feed granules.
• The pellet mill and other line components can be purchased separately.

The line is manufactured in Ukraine by TechnoMashStroy. The equipment has UkrSEPRO and CE certificates of conformity, while production operates under the ISO 9001 quality management system.
