Equipment for the production of pellets MLG-1500 MAX+

The MLG-1500 MAX+ pellet production equipment is a powerful pelletizing line manufactured by the Ukrainian company TechnoMashStroy. It is designed to produce fuel pellets and granulated animal feed from various types of raw materials. The line has a capacity of up to 450 kg/h for pellets and up to 500 kg/h for feed, making it suitable for farms and processing enterprises.

The MLG-1500 MAX+ features an SHTZ-1500 raw-material feed hopper with a capacity of 1.5 m³, which also functions as a cyclone. It evenly mixes and feeds the raw material to the screw mixer. The line has two screws: the SHTZ-1500 screw and the mixing screw. A hay chopper and pneumatic conveyor can also be connected to the system.

Complete line configuration:

• SHTZ-1500 uniform raw-material feed hopper: 2.6 kW, 1.5 m³, cyclone function.
• Screw mixer for uniform raw-material feeding to the pellet mill: 1.1 kW.
• Moistening system with an electric valve, pump, 200-litre water tank and timer relay: 0.37 kW.
• GRAND-400 pellet mill with a capacity of up to 500 kg/h: 37 kW.
• BKO-200 calibrating cooler for finished pellets with a drum for removing dust and uneven granules: 0.12 kW.
• Closed VP-2 extraction system with a fan and bags for collecting screened residues and dust: 1.5 kW.
• Control panel with an integrated cooling system for the automation components.

The line can process pine sawdust at up to 500 kg/h, fine-fraction straw at up to 465 kg/h and husk at up to 480 kg/h. The pellet mill die is available with radial holes measuring 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 mm.

Optional equipment:

• TLK-2 conveyor-calibrator for feeding and calibrating raw materials.
• TL-1000 belt conveyor for feeding and cooling raw materials.
• DR-500 rotary shredder for reducing raw materials to the required fraction.

The pellet mill and other line components can also be purchased separately. TechnoMashStroy equipment has Ukrainian UkrSEPRO and European CE certificates, while production operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system.
