Equipment for the production of pellets and compound feed MLG-1000 COMBI+

MLG-1000 COMBI+ is a pelletizing line manufactured by TechnoMashStroy for producing fuel pellets and pelleted compound feed. The equipment is based on the GRAND-300 pellet mill and differs from the COMBI configuration by an additional KSSh-400 screw conveyor with a screening and raw material calibration function before it enters the pellet mill.

The line is designed to process various types of prepared raw materials. Its capacity is up to 300 kg/h when producing pellets and up to 1000 kg/h when granulating compound feed. Actual capacity depends on the type, fraction, moisture content and composition of the raw material. The equipment produces pellets with a diameter of 2 to 8 mm. Power supply — 380 V.

Complete MLG-1000 COMBI+ line configuration:

• KSSh-400 screw conveyor for feeding and calibrating raw materials, equipped with a screen, smooth speed adjustment via a frequency converter and a 1 kW motor;
• raw material humidification system with a solenoid valve, pump, 200-litre water tank and timer relay; power — 0.37 kW;
• GRAND-300 pellet mill with two rollers and two pellet-breaking knives;
• BKO-100 calibrator-cooler with a drum for additional cooling, dust screening and removal of irregular pellets; power — 0.12 kW;
• cyclone with a 1.5 kW exhaust fan for cooling the pellets and collecting dust and residual raw material;
• control panel with cooled control electronics.

For compound feed production, the pellet mill is equipped with a 30 kW motor; for pellet production, a 22 kW motor is used. Line weight — 1050 kg. Dimensions: 4500 × 2500 × 2800 mm.

Optional equipment: TL-500 and TL-1000 belt conveyors for feeding and cooling the product, DR-500 rotary crusher, SA-400 aerodynamic dryer-calibrator, TLK-2 conveyor-calibrator, an additional humidification system, other screw conveyors, calibration and cooling systems, as well as equipment for raw material crushing and preparation.

Main differences of the MLG-1000 COMBI+

The MLG-1000 COMBI+ differs from the MLG-1000 COMBI in its raw material feeding unit. Instead of the SHTZ-200 precision feeding screw, the COMBI+ configuration is equipped with a KSSh-400 screw conveyor, which additionally screens and calibrates the raw material before feeding it into the GRAND-300 pellet mill. This makes it possible to pre-align the material fraction and prepare it for pelletizing.

The MLG-1000 COMBI+ can be used as an independent production unit or as the basis for an automated pellet and compound feed production line.
